The Last Breath
The Last Breath
Dead bodies all around
Blood spills all over the ground
Every body just lies
Moaning in pain
I stood there helpless
Nothing to lose nothing to gain
A lush of emotions
Flooded my mind away
The moans and groans,
I felt my heart freeze
I feel the cooling calm touch of breeze
As if it says nothing to worry
Everything will be fine, nothing to be sorry
Seeing all the mess,
The world is in distress
I ran and ran and ran
Until I found the ocean
Poured my heart out into it
Suddenly some one pushed me
I growled into the water
Going deeper and deeper
All my memories filled up my brain
My eyes all flooded with tears
I hold my breath, I couldn't breathe
I made no attempt to get out
Cause I knew this was the end of me,
Wasn't long before I
Touched the ocean ground
Everything got darker my eyes got hazy
This is it. The end of me.
I put a smile on my face
And released the last breath.
Suddenly I woke up,
I was relieved that it was just a dream,
I looked out side the window,
Only to hear the artillery and screams.
