The Healing Spirit

Nature is a healing spot,

Each of its elements is also within our body,

The mind is a huge ocean full of memories and knowledge.

The senses guide it like a boatman riding the boat. 

The breathes that we take in are from nature,

The water, the fire, and the earth all belong to us.

We need to merge them within our body,

We need to feel it as a part of us,

It should be around and surround us.

To heal us from all the evils, 

All the negativities and all the stress. 

Healing is something we all need in this world,

It is spending time with nature, with surroundings,

It is exploring your relation with it.
