The Delights of Summer

A season of the holidays from school,

A season to relax in the swimming pool!

To hot foods we all refuse,

And turn to ice creams and fruit juice!

Sweet mangoes are the highlight of the season,

All juicy fruits are loved by everyone

As it gets hotter, at the peak of summer,

We turn on ACs and coolers,

At a point of time, it becomes way too hot,

At last, the rain comes, what relief we’ve got!
