The City Life
The City Life
The city is dark
And so is the sky.
Roaring motors are but ready
With their infinitive lights.
Tearing through the tireless roads
And making their way to the world that
Rests nevertheless.
Impulsive horns, exaggerated vehicles
Riding on to their purpose.
But streets are even and calm
As there are loud sounds and
Silence prevailing.
Some are crowded and some are eerie.
Thus, night has begun as soon as the rusty
Earthly tiring day ends..
Some nostalgic forces are even more abstract
Mingled with noises of the traffic and the silence
Lingered behind.
