The Awakening

The Awakening

I can see you getting engulfed,

Your baffled mind,

Enough of your lavish dreams;

Come to reality,

I know it tastes bitter,

But then you will dream for ever!

But make sure you have to believe me for that

Don’t fool yourself;

I know you don’t want to get fooled,

Give an end to that utopia,

When are you going to let yourself happy again!

You call me insane, you are a misery man!

I wonder what will happen if I left you this way,

You are suffocating yourself;

Don’t let anybody breathe you!

I fear your back-stabbing moves,

That’s something driving you around,

“Goodbye” is the last words

You are going to say to me that I know,

I know am not a soothsayer;

I know you love dreaming,

Maybe you fear giving an audacious move,

Sceptical reasons for many or two,

Move your uncanny sensation;

Rush your thriving life,

Gosh! You are all drowned!

I’ll do what’s best for you Johnny,

You believe that, don’t you?

But for that you have to

Believe me again and again!

The last word that I heard you said was amity,

Then why not now?

Don’t believe in that black holed mystery,

It’s all weird and wired,

Let me be your north star,

Wake up Johnny boy, wake up!
