Sunrise

Chaos,

I have never seen

as serene

as the flock of birds taking flight

headed homewards

blending together

with the melting sun,

like a dream

about to come true.

Akin to the sudden rush of joy

of dreams coming alive,

emerging forth

like an epiphany,

from within the depths of the enlightened soul

making sense of

the chaos of life,

and the sun of hope,

rises brilliantly in the heart.
