Sleepless Nights

Sleepless Nights

I can't close my eyes,

I can't close my mind.

I can't look into these mirrors,

For fear for what I'd find.

When we feel so tired,

We can't sleep.

It is that time of the night,

When our mind starts thinking so deep.

Those nights we try to fall asleep,

But we can't.

And we remember the memories,

We used to enchant.

All we can do is lie in bed and,

Fall asleep before we talk apart.

Finally, we do sleep,

For the next day, we have another chance to restart.
