Rain

UP above the SKY, The day…

We said, “Rain, Rain, Please go away!”

The cloud, it was all ears that day,

Because it heard what we did say.

It might   look like mere cotton,

Don’t believe me? But you know

Its Brain aren’t Rotten.

 

It knew you do not know what you have,

Until you’ve lost it.

The longer it’s gone, the more you would want it.

 

So that’s what it did….

 And the Lesson was learnt,

Only when the crops and land got burnt,

BUT it was KIND enough to come back to us,

Now we never say,

“RAIN,RAIN, GO AWAY!!”
