Purity Of Intentions

After the tiresome day while on my bed I lay

Reflecting on what best did I do today?

I came across multitude of tasks in array

Euphoric at unlocking every challenge on my way

Yet the feeling of emptiness vaguely upon me it lay.

I wonder what went awry despite doing good-turn each day

Frustrated and puzzled with the condition to my dismay

I dreamt of a beacon light that had much to say

All the good deeds definitely will pay

Only if you do it for the sake of Almighty said the Ray.
