Oh, pain! The sail is through

Forget, the sign, but learn and grow;


The pain may sail along, for long,

And don’t shift the brain towards the wrong;


And be focused on hope, to high,

Hold the oars, firm and tie:

With hope, that heals; with courage, to deal.
