My Tricolour, My Pride

The tricolor of my country

Furls very high

Love for freedom of some

Has left us blessed

Tears of sacrifice, strength, and pride

Engulfs my mind, body, and soul

I salute you with respect

As I see you waving with delight

My heart is filled with courage

To educate the whole human race

And save trees and the creatures

To live as a whole unified nation

To progress in agriculture

And foster the best of our cultures

To show the world the power

Of one nation one pride

Dare you turn your evil eyes,

We’re not blind,

The heart of a soldier lives in me

I am I for India, I live for mankind
