Long Way To Go

Heartbeat sick of my time,

I failed to follow,

The only dream,

As I woke up,

It was all gone,

Didn't realise did I,

That the sleep shall take it all,

The laziness drew me closer,

And I gave in to my tiredness,

Forgetting the devotion I had,

Towards the only dream I had.

I had failed to live up to it,

And yet I fear not to dream again,

I shall tonight,

Not day dream,

Be awake until I get there.

No failure shall be a destination,

It is just a stop,

In this whole journey.
