Lies

Like candy the tongue thirst to taste

Sweet on the lips the tongue licks 

Tasty it is it sinks to stink

Mingles with the heart it soon falls in love

Conceal all the truth to pour from out of the heart

Sweet tasty lies so skillfully used wins another's heart

To later bath in misery and pain

No word can heal the brokenness deep within

Set the heart into depression where the life soon sinks into the grave 

So sweet the lies of today we see
