Let The Rain Heal..

Let me get wet in this sun shower, 

sigh in relief as my maimed soul aches. 

My drooping mind is crammed with ambiguous thoughts, 

making me atrabilious thinking about my future. 

Let the water globules kiss my tired skin, 

breathe life into and make me pristine. 

Let the small drops paint a ray of sunshine, 

all over my enervating face and body. 

Let my eyes get crinkled a bit...

Let the corners of my mouth get upturned...

Let my fortuitous reflex be the panacea, 

to the impuissant body I now possess. 

Let the mizzle be a cause of my ebullience 

before the deluge comes forth and immerses me. 

Let me taste the heavenly drops of elixir...

Inhale the smell of the petrichor...

Let me admire the black clouds dropping the liquor...

Hear the pitter-patter of the rains shielding around me...

Let the thunder be the whispers only I get to comprehend...

Let the symphony of the rains be louder, 

abating the growing commotion of the storm of thoughts. 

Let the splash melt HIS wall of anger 

that the harbinger congratulates me

As he, Mr. Cancer, abandons my body's shelter. 

Let the splash energize the battling combatants. 

This way the death will be an adventure

To identify and dive deep into one's own self.
