Kaleidoscope
Kaleidoscope
We watched down a hill on a gloomy monsoon day
When the kaleidoscope of colors allured us with its display
As close as a heartbeat and connected by silence
We ruled the grey skies and its golden fence
The ashen clouds of snow found its playground
As it slid down the rainbow that bowed to the ground
While the lush of greens swayed in our glory
A bolt from the blue that turned me pink
He plants that perfect kiss to seize the memory
As the flowers stand still and witness without a blink
Weak in my knees as I refuse to unlock from his arm
Monday happens and off goes the alarm
