It’s Your Fault

A person in the heat of hurry,

Parked his car, shut the doors loose,

Went away for shopping nearby,

Shocked not to find his briefcase,

Lodged the complaint, the police

Arrested the culprit with the proof,

The prosecutor pleaded that the alleged

Accused had stolen the bag from

The car, the proof had been found

Urged the court for suitable punishment

As the matter of the legal procedure,

The defence lawyer pleaded that

Had the complainer not let

The doors shut loose, his client

Would not have committed theft,

So he may not be please held

Guilty and be release soon

The honorable judge after carefully

Hearing, recording both pleadings,

Passed on the clear cut judgment

That the alleged accused is not guilty

Considering defence lawyers

Supposition that the fault was with

The complainer the accused be

Release free of all charges
