I Celebrate Me And The World Celebrates ME Too

I celebrate ME,

And the world celebrates Me too!

For reasons more than one.

For my contribution to help others learn.

They learn from who I am and what I have changed into. 

For they knew who I was once and know what I am now too.

Ah! The world celebrates me.

And I celebrate me too. 

For, I am brave because I replaced my cowardice with fearlessness. 

I am strong because I was not afraid to acknowledge my vulnerabilities. 

I am well informed because I'm well-read.

I am happy as I experienced grief. 

I love me for I'm loved dearly for being Me. 

So, today I celebrate ME,

And the world celebrates Me too!

I am courageous for I addressed my weaknesses and transformed those into my strengths. 

I am a winner for I learned to lose and not give up when I should have quit.

For I know me better than what I was once.

I celebrate myself for I have learned to value myself. 

Finally, I have me by me when I need someone the most.

I have me in emergencies when all the world is out of the door.

I can rely on myself when the world is unpredictable. 

I am there for others too when they have themselves no more. 

So, today the WORLD celebrates ME,

And I celebrate me too!
