Harsh Truth
Harsh Truth
Not a great speaker,
an introvert nerd.
A hardcore engineer with a lot of passion
for his stream. The dreams never
let him sleep.
Hoping he brings a change to his country.
By being a distinguishable individual
not seeking recognition.
The relatives denied directing him,
His father contemplated him,
with devastating words,
For not capable of succeeding.
With lost belief, and a deartthe h of
excitement he devoured each day,
Scanning for a job
while learning about
the unknown forest
called corporate.
Jobs were applied, walk-ins were attended,
Resumes were born out of
exorbitant printers and
were buried in the dustbin.
Their motivation drained,
as he stood frozen in time
and another engineer jobless,
worthless being interrogated by society.
He opted for a mediocre job,
far below his potential,
Where the proposal was not compelled.
Finally, a call the day came.
Hopes came alive,
He was before HR for a
call center job.
Suddenly the thousands of
thoughts were born,
And a spell was cast on him,
the mind became void,
searching for words.
What felt like an opportunity,
turned into a disaster.
The human resource manager
asked him not to waste his time,
and get out of the room,
As they were not seeking dumb.
As a genuine fresher,
he was able to thank him.
It was devastating, adding more
pain to the injury.
Already with a lot of baggage,
he kept moving by persisting.
The number of interviews increased,
but not the successful outcome.
He went and met friends,
so-called well-wishers,
and families, they were so thrilled
and lenient In offering free
advice rather than contacts
they could afford to share.
Time passed,
efforts endured, and finally,
it paid off all his hurdles.
He did get a job, with his efforts.
The hard lesson was learned,
The time will come for everyone
if hard work is persistent.
Don't lose your self-respect,
people who speak won't come
to rescue you.
You need to thrive, in a jungle called life,
where foxes roam to be the emperor.
At the last, do treat individuals
and interviewees as humans.
And no job is worth at the
the expense of self-worth.
Introverts, do need to speak, but reject them with respect they are not garbage.
Everyone is unique and deserves equality!
