Equating Myself

When I look back , its time to say this word...

I suffered with becoming annoyed, underrated with myself,

So, I lost my patient with me.

I showed an envious resentment of someone and their achievements, possessions and abilities,

So, I was equating myself with others and dishonored me.

I was not kind enough to empathize my own mistakes,

So, I'm hiding my ineptitude of me. Sometimes,

I showed excessive pride and self-satisfaction on my achievements, possessions, and abilities,

So, I was boastful about me.

Hence, it's time to say this to me, I am SORRY.

It's time to compete with my past, not with others,

It's time to accept my past mistakes,

It's time to acknowledge my tiny past achievements too,

Yeah! It's time to love myself for being ME.
