Decision
Decision
I remember school days, the joy held tight,
Then college began—a mix of fright.
Excitement and dread in a single sweep,
I chose a path I was unsure to keep.
The fear of exams always near,
But the time with friends was heaven, clear.
My illness struck, brought tears and pain,
I turned to hobbies, to feel whole again.
Yet choosing a career left me lost,
A dreamer, now counting the cost.
Back in school, I dreamt to soar,
An astronaut, my heart once swore.
But I landed in IT, far from my star,
Chasing every job I'd seen from afar.
My heart spoke once, I chose to heed—
It called me to film, a director's lead.
I wrote my dreams for the screen's embrace,
And found myself in a lonely place.
Now I write in solitude's grace,
Where words are my comfort, my quiet space.
