Covid 19 an unknown enemy of all

Has built between us an imaginary wall, 

For people in the house are not stepping out 

As they might have to suffer throughout!

The world is facing this chronic disease 

Which is not handling people with ease.

It is here, it is there

It is a traveling places in the air!

To slow down its transmission

Masks and gloves are the best protection.

It’s spreading through cough and sneeze

Keep a tissue near you, please!

It has made the roads clear,

For now, it is our greatest fear 

The birds are free,

Chirping on the beautiful tree.

The whales are swimming, the deer galloping near the mall,

Wondering where the humans are who tried to destroy us all.

Thanks to doctors, thanks to police,

Whether they are in India, America, China, or Greece.

Together we can conquer this fear once in for all,

I hope for a better tomorrow for us all.
