Three men of much greater understanding.

In their minds having been conferencing.

With their universe, quite phenomenal.

 

Let's call it the great Bose Triumvirate.

Jagdish, Satyendra, Amar were its members.

Winds of ideas they blew were immaculate.

With burning spirits, wafting glowing embers.

 

Came famously out of one’s charming cauldrons.

 Fact that plants are not just lifeless green objects.

               But full of life and stimuli like faunas in the environs.

                                      Invented crescograph to prove, lest anyone suspects.

 

                                       Chasing curiosity found the world of microwaves.

                                        Later used in all forms of radio communications.

                                        Carrying lantern of research in knowledge caves.

                                          But not fond of patents for his many calculations.

 

                                                            Emeritus Professor in love with Physics and Mathematics.

                              Found new state of matter called Bose-Einstien Condensate.

                                Gave Quanta their Statistics called Bose-Einstien Statistics.

                            Was another In captive nation, but whose spirit did not precipitate.

 

                             Opened the door to new ideas on Statistics of Microsystems.

                                 Discovered ‘God Particle’ named Bosons after his name.

                          One of few torch bearers of Quantum Theory, solved its many sums.

                               Did not get as much praise he deserved, a matter of shame.

 

                          At Massachusetts Institute of Technology, their was a Professor.

                                    Novel researcher of Acoustics and Psychoacoustics.

                                   Lover of Melody, vibrant and persistent Sound Engineer.

                            Developed Speaker Technology with its unique characteristics.

 

                               Sought natural sound, replicating the sound of live concerts.

    Produced reflections off the walls, enhancing the listener's perception.

     Eccentric power of reflected sound resulted in million converts.

 Who changed to Bose’s Sound Systems for true sound impression.

 

                                    Their lofty ideas like tall trees, arrogant in a storm.

                                   And delicate thoughts, like fresh buds, like new saplings.
