A TRIBUTE To Rishi Kapoor

In his revered memory, I write,

He lived his life but lost the good fight.

Great souls don't die, they pass away,

A part of our lives they always stay.

Leaving treasure trove of memories behind;

Filling our lives filling our minds.

God's bounty, he accepted and received,

In Living life to the brim, he believed,

In life, he never did shed a tear,

Said, In life there is nothing to fear,

Life is so full of love and cheer, and,

Always Share your happiness, my dear.

In life many roles he did play,

Working till the very last day,

Always giving each role his best,

Never believed in taking rest,

He left us all in great grief, within,

But in the world he believed in;

There was no room for tears or fear,

His world was always a world full of cheer.

Rest in peace, dear sir, wherever you are,

Memories bring us closer, you are not far,

For Rishi Kapoor sir, was born into a legacy,

Where living life large, was in their destiny.
