Where have you been,

All these years?

Come along now,

Relieve me of my fears.

Come along;

Walk with me for a while.

Hold my hand,

Take me down that golden isle.

I hardly speak,

I'm tired of explaining.

You haven't been bothered lately,

So, I won't be complaining.

I desired you each day,

As I lay back in my bed.

You hardly visited,

Perplexities came instead.

Now, that I lie in my grave,

You are bound to be with me.

I shall finally live in peace,

It's ironic you see!!
