Come Walk With Me

Come Walk With Me

Come, walk with me

Walk with me a little further.

A further up the road

And I’ll let you be.

Let us go

Where the waves touch the shores

And leave the surf on sand

In a limbo.

Let us sit

On the outstretched green

Or run towards the windmills

In a Quixotic fit.

Come, away now

Touch the precipitous air

Feel the vicissitudes of nature

And take a bow.

Walk another mile

Away from multitudes

And orotund voices

Walk, with a smile.
