There's this girl who thinks her happiness lies in the people around. So you understand she gives too much importance to her relations.

Whenever she wishes to travel, she always includes her people on her list.

'Like why the hell do you want them?'

And everytime someone from her group quits she cancels her plan too.

This is her since years.

One day she had planned a day out with one of her friends. 'You know everything, a proper day out kind of thing.'

But that person didn't turn up that day, having discovered she found that he had ditched her.

Never mind, he had his own reasons, acceptable.

But this was not the first time somebody had ruined her plan.

She did feel bad, to be precise extremely bad.

But then, she didn't let this canceled plan ruin her anymore.

She decided to let go. And the very next day she was fine. She did think about it and came to the conclusion that if she could let go of that bad day, she could even let go of all the dependency. This took a little time, just a little.

After that day, she never asked people out. If she wanted to go, she went alone.

So on one Sunday morning, she decided to go on a trek. She chooses a place 100km away from Mumbai, Palghar- a place completely unknown to her. Without telling or asking anybody, she was all set for the day. Oh yes, let me tell you that she was a bike-rider. Royal Enfield being her favorite bike, she rode all the way to Palghar. After completing a journey of approximately 100km, she was there near the Kaladurg Fort. She did climb halfway but was disheartened to see nobody.

She didn't lose hope, she reminded herself that why would she need anybody to make her happy. She took her challenge and completed the other half. Reaching the top, she could feel true euphoria.

And look what, this once upon a time dependent girl, accomplished her first-ever solo trek!
