Every person's life is a unique story. If you peep into what lies deep inside, it is the CHANGES he or she has gone through.

A few years back, I was traveling to Bangalore with my friend, Akshata. She was a person who was devoted to god and couldn't resist visiting temples. We used to travel a lot back in the day and she would drag me to at least one temple wherever we went. Accustomed to this, we visited a few temples in Bangalore.

All the temples had stunning architecture but one of the temples had something unusual. There was a baba sitting outside that temple who was predicting people's future by looking at their heads. Well, I was amused at this, I have seen people predicting future by looking at their palms, but looking into their hair and telling.............was a unique surprise.

But more than this something else shocked me even more. One day Akshata and I rented a bike and were exploring the city of gardens. At a traffic signal, I saw a fakir holding perfumed smoke (regarded holy in Muslims) and begging. On closely Observing found that it was the same baba whom I saw in the temple. He was dressed in all black with green turban contrast to all orange get up in the temple. Akshata and I were surprised at this.

Now I wanted to know the truth behind this man. After begging for hours the man set back to his home. We followed him until his house.

After reaching his house, in a slum area, we saw a photo of Jesus hanging on the door. This Completely confused us. Curious to know more about him we were peeping into his house through the window. That's when a mid-aged woman caught us peeping in. She very angrily asked us" how dare you peep into someone's house like this?". At first we tried cooking up a story but finally ended up narrating the complete incident to her.

Hearing this she invited us inside the house. The fakir or the baba was sitting with his son and watching T.V. The lady ( we presuming her to be his wife) explained him the whole scenario then smiled at us and said, "I am uneducated and hence was not able to find a job ", he continued, "I found no other way to feed my family and resorted to doing this".

This is where I learned my learnt lesson. Only by changing the way he dressed he could change his religion. Hence, religion is only man-made. The only thing that made me presume about is religion was the clothes he wore. This led me to a peculiar realization that every religion in some way, shape or form ultimately comes down to the one common point "the love for mankind”. Hence all religions are equal.
