The Sour Grapes

Ruby was a normal fox living in the jungles of Juma. The jungle never ran out of food. But this day it did as all the herbivorous animals went on a meal in Jungles of Harbhar. Ruby went through the whole jungle to find nothing. When she saw a vineyard of grapes. The grapes looked like the best delicacy as she was very hungry. She went to grab some but she couldn't get a single grape as it was high. She saw a monkey sitting on a tree on the edge of the vineyard. She went up to him and asked "Hey Monkey, Will you give me some of these good-looking grapes?" Monkey replied with a harsh comment, "Hey are you crazy? I am a fast monkey I don't help slow and ugly creatures, and anyway, these are my grapes I won't give to you!" Saying this the monkey went deep into the jungle. After a few minutes, a giraffe was passing by. Ruby asked her. "Hey, giraffe, can you give me some of these delicious grapes" Giraffeee replied "I would give you these grapes but even if I pluck

them I won't be able to bend myself and give it to you? I am sorry." And the giraffe went away. Ruby kept on trying for hours to get the grapes. She climbed on a tree to get them but had a nasty fall. after trying for 3 hours Ruby sat down to have rest.

The words"Should I give up?" were echoing in her mind. Finally. Ruby's friends, Jessica and Dheema came. They were as hungry as Ruby. They too joined Ruby they were thinking of different ideas of eating those grapes. Dheema saw some big rocks lying near the tree and she got an idea! "Hey, guys lets pick up those rocks and stack them so that they would make a ladder for us to get the grapes. All of the friends stacked the rocks and then Jessica went up on the rocks she plucked some grapes. The friends enjoyed it.
