The pain moon holds.

Kuttu is a naughty little boy. Kuttu's mom makes delicious food specially for him unfortunately kuttu hates eating food. Mom tried her best to make him ate happily by telling him many interesting stories.

“Kuttu, please open your mouth…
 Mama will feed you.”

“No,” Kuttu hesisted.

Mother made an a large elephant like pappadam for Kuttu.

“Kuttu, open your mouth… Mama will feed you.”

“No,” Kuttu turned his face away.

“Mama will catch the Moon Uncle who is hiding in the sky only for Kuttu.”

“Kuttu, open your mouth… Mama will feed you.”

“No,” and then his eyes filled with sadness.

She was helpless and lost in front of his stubbornness.

How could Kuttu become a good boy and fill his tummy full?

She bowed her head in worry.

Suddenly, she got an great idea.

She went straight to the gadget shop.
She bought Kuttu a tablet with a big blue cover.

 When the tablet opened, the first thing that appeared was a lion’s face.
When Kuttu again refused to eat, 

do you know what Mother did?
She played colourful cartoon characters on the tablet.
“Wow, how fun!” Kuttu laughed. Two tiny rabbit-like teeth peeped out.
“Kuttu, open your mouth… Mama will feed you.”

Before Mother could even finish speaking, Kuttu opened his mouth by himself.

The little rice balls became five, then four, then three… and soon the plate was empty.

“Wow, my Kuttu is such a lovely boy!”

Mama hugged him tightly and gave him a sweet kiss.
Kuttu was happy, and so was mama.
But far away in the sky, the Moon who was standing all alone became sad.

Do you know why?
“Still, Kuttu didn’t eat while looking at me anymore.”

And when the Moon cried, his tears fell into the earth as heavy rain.
