The Elephant and The Mouse

Once a baby elephant was talking to his mother. He said, "Mom do you know us elephants are the biggest animals on land and we are the only animals with such big trunks". "Yeah, yeah that's true" said his mother. The baby elephant thought he was the mightiest of all and also the bravest. Just then a mouse came by. He was his mother's friend."Hi mommy elephant, how are you" said the mouse. "I am good, thank you" mother elephant answered back. Then the mouse went away. The baby elephant confused asked his mom "Mom why were you talking to that silly small mouse I can crush him easily". "You should not say that he is our friend" his mother explained.

With this answer, the baby elephant angrily went away. He thought, "Why does mom respect that small mouse so much, he as small as a peanut". Lost in his thoughts the baby mouse was not looking forward and just kept walking. Just then he felt someone tug his tail."Who is this pulling my tail" he thought and looked behind. It was mouse. " Ah !! Thanks mouse you came just in time or my baby would fall down the cliff" said mommy elephant. The baby elephant saw that he was about to fall down and the mouse saved his life. He apologized and understood his mistake.

Moral-" Never judge anyone by their appearance"
