The Day I Got My Brother!
The Day I Got My Brother!
The story that I am going to share is related to my childhood, it was all about the time when I was in 5th standard …I have a big brother also. When he was in 10th class, I was in junior ages ... He used to be very busy, actually he was my step-brother, means son of my step-mom…The story goes like this, that when I was in 3rd standard I lost my mother in an accident. Then after a year, my dad married a woman to bring a mother for me... My stepmom was also too kind, and sweet...and she used to love me very much… She never treated me as a stepdaughter, she never discriminated in distributing love between me and my brother… Sometimes she used to take care of me, more than her son...
So now come back to story… So exactly after two years, I got all my lost things…but my brother seems to be a very busy person to me, he did not use to spend so much time with me, on occasions also he is busy most of the time with his friends… So now for me, it became an occasion to talk with him... So now the memory that I am going to add is all about the day when my final exams were going on …(finals of my 5th standard)…and I was in my coaching class on that day, my tutor took 8 hours to prepare me for my maths exam that was just after a day... At the end of 8 hours, I was very tired and wanted to go home as quickly as possible, because after long hours of study I was feeling sick…
So I and my mates fastly came out of the classes, we had just stepped out of the room and we all were shocked to see that it was very dark outside and raining heavily. So we all stood there and started waiting for the rain to stop. As the time passed everyone went away with their brothers, sisters and parents…but I was left alone just like an orphan kid… I was sad and sat there quietly, I was waiting for the rain to stop. It was already 9 pm and no rickshaw was outside ... Little bit scared… Then suddenly someone touched my head, when I lifted my head up, I was really shocked to see my brother standing there, he was smiling and saying,”sorrrrryyyy, for the delay”... I smiled back and tears came in my eyes... I hugged him tightly…and said “love you brother”…and then he replied, “Cheer up Chotii! Let’s go for ice-cream”… Then both of us, under one umbrella, went to the ice-cream bar and talked a lot. After that day we became like best friends and I started sharing all the things with him...Today I am 16 and he is 18 and ….he is my...bestie, brother, bodyguard, and a father also...
‘’Love you bhaiii!!”
