Last week, in the evening no one had any idea of what to have for our evening snacks.
Suddenly my head lit up. I started making a dish.
Everyone encouraged me. My Grandma and my Chhanda Mashi, my caretaker helped me. First I took the white, powdery flour. After that I took the crystal clear water. Then, I mixed them and made a dough. Then, I made a filling out of crispy rice puffs and tasty and red mixed fruit jam. After that I dug a hole inside the soft, golden dough.
Inside, I put the filling of rice puffs and sweet jam. Finally, I baked it . The result was wonderful. It was crispy, golden, crunchy....ooh I’m out of words...... it was really delicious.
