Spread Happiness Not Covidness

The current scenario of the sudden spike in the covid cases (second wave) has started preying both people's mind and humanity besides their body. We are besieged by people who have loads of stories of twice jabbed people suffering and healthy youngsters facing serious health complications. Such incidents make us loose our self confidence and transform us into highly anxious and fretful individuals. The effect is so much that even a sneeze is sometimes treated as a symptom.

We are enwreathed by enough pessimism and tragic realities of shortage of beds, vaccines, test appointments, oxygen cylinders etc. But after all this a ray of hope can still be seen in the eyes of those who have helped the affected in these dark times.

Social media has been a messiah for those who had been appealing for oxygen cylinders and were unknowingly helped and beds were booked by people, who were quite unknown to each other. This shows a glimmer of humanity is still left in the human race. Several restaurants and eating points have initiated free delivery services which are unstoppably helping people by risking their own lives.

The times are tough, but one should not allow the virus to reign instead our positivity and happiness should reign the virus.
