Spa By Silent Night

Recently I and my husband decided to take a vacation break, which we were postponing for months.

Finally extended weekend hits and we booked our tickets to a resort near Mumbai. 

But after going there too, our mobiles, emails, and msgs were not leaving us behind. We were on holiday but only in our WhatsApp and snap chat status. One day comes to an end. 

 After dinner time, we both went for a stroll. Soon we realized that we lost our track. We had no mobiles, in our night suits and slippers we had to spend the night like this.

It was a long time since we had time and no work. For an initial one hour, we were upset and scared. But finding ourselves helpless we decided to rest in a shade close by. Luckily It was a full moon night. 

Soon the silent night started to unfold its treasure for us. Its been 4 years since we are married, but today for the first time we talked about what each one of seeing in the moon. Lying on the grassy field and tracing the constellations up in the sky. Seeing how swiftly the clouds move by. The far-away sound of gushing water was no way lesser than a romantic number played softly.

It was a silent night and we both. Nothing less than a romantic date.

There was no mobile light just moonlight. No beeping of gadgets, only the humming music of river and circuits around. The cool breeze was no less than a relaxing spa.

We talked about so many things, which we never had time to. I told each other about our childhood memories.

Far away we could see a mystic view by fireflies dancing around forming hearts and rounds.

For the first time, I realized how much a silent night has in it. Don't really remember when we both fall sleep there. But waking up at the chirping sound of little birds sitting around us.

The best morning has opened for both of us. As the sun rises, the bond between us got a new warmth. 

Returning to our tent, we decided to get occasionally lost to find ourselves again.

While caught up in our busy lives we remember everything except living.
