Shivaji Maharaj - Inspirational Story -1

Shivaji Maharaj once went to the forest for hunting. There he saw a small boy sitting alone on a big stone and crying. Maharaj asked him the reason for his crying. The boy said, "My mother told me that you will not get any food until you lift this stone." Shivaji Maharaj reassured the boy, "Don't worry, I will help you." He went with the boy to the stone, touched the stone and easily lifted it. The boy was very happy and thanked Maharaj. Shivaji Maharaj told the boy, look son, "If there is determination and perseverance in every task, nothing is impossible." From this story, we learn that confidence and utmost efforts are necessary to overcome any difficulty.We get inspiration for courage, self-respect, and leadership from the life of Shivaji Maharaj. His life is an inspiring example. If we adopt the teachings he taught us in our lives, we too can be successful.
