Scary Well In The Village

Once upon a time, there was a village called Dhampur. This village had a scary well. In the village, all the people were scared away from the well. There was a brave boy, Ram. One day he was talking to his friends, Raj and Rahul. Rahul said that one more person died near the scary well. Raj said there was a ghost near the banyan tree and well. Ram said there is no ghost. The two friends challenged Ram to go near the banyan tree in the night at 12:AM. He had to pluck 20 leaves from the banyan tree and come back to the village. If he came back to the village fit and fine they will give him 1,000 rupees.

In the night at 12:00 am, Ram and his friends came near the forest.

Friends said to him, "now you have to go lonely."

Ram start walking lonely and went near the banyan tree and started plucking leaves counting 1,2,3...Suddenly, he heard a voice from behind.

When he looked back of him, there was a bird sitting on the well. He laughed in his mind and started plucking 20 leaves from the banyan tree. He counted 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20.

He came back to the village. He said to his friends, "here are the 20 leaves." Rahul said, "there was no ghost." Ram said, "yes, there was no ghost near the well there was only a bird." "Oh, there was only a bird," Raj said. "Give me the 1,000 rupees." The friends gave him 2000 rupees for his braveness.
