Palak Khichadi

Palak khichadi can be my all-time favorite food. I can eat it throughout the day without complaining. My khichadi is always complete with a dollop of ghee.

Khichadi can be so satisfying.

It so happened that I went out with my fiancé. We had just been meeting for the third time. We met during lunch hours. We decided to have lunch together. We happened to go to a vegetarian restaurant and he asked me to place an order. Guess what I ordered!!!! Khichadi!!!!

He was completely in shock. He couldn't believe what I did. Out of all on the menu card, I ordered Khichadi!!!!
