Mystery of the Missing Uniform

(Inspired by a story named mystery of the Apple Pie) 

One afternoon, Steven and his sister Amanda were riding swings and enjoying their last day of vacation. They were memorizing their adventure games played in their grandparents house. Suddenly, their mom called out "Children arrange your school belongings for tomorrow, I don't want you all to miss anything on the first day of school after the vacation. " The children groaned at each other as they both didn't want to do the job. Still they knew as they finish they would be free. They both went to their respective rooms and started arranging things. Just after a few minutes a scream led out from Amanda's room. Steven rushed to her room and saw his sister crying near the closet.

Steven asked her the matter and she said. "My school uniform is missing I tried to find it everywhere in my room but I couldn't find, now what will I wear tomorrow at school? " Steven was trying to search the pair of uniform again when suddenly his mother came in the room. She said that she was shocked to hear Amanda's scream. The children explained the matter to their mother and they started searching the whole house. The children also started pretending that they are detectives. At that moment a call came from their grandma she had called to tell that she had Amanda's uniform in her house. The children went to her house and took the uniform and got to eat some delicious snacks. They both were feeling proud after accomplishing the mystery.
