Limitless Happiness

Rupa had everything in life that any person can want of. She was her parents darling daughter their only child. Her parents were very wealthy. Her father had a big electronic items store and her mother had a garment boutique. So they were very busy and they were very successful in their respective trades. They had enough money to buy anything under the sun. Rupa never felt deprived of anything however novel or mundane. She had just to utter and very soon it was within her possession.
The only thing Rupa was lacking in from her friends and peers was her performance with books. From her childhood Rupa was surrounded by tutors at home to help her in her studies as her parents didn't have time for it. But they didn't spare a thought about spending money. They just poured cash like water so that Rupa would get quality education.
But education subject remained very demanding for Rupa and forever till her board exams she faced challenging times. Some teachers were sincere and hard working and put all out efforts to help Rupa sail through smoothly through her classes.
But some teachers just came for the sake of good money. As Rupa's parents were good paymasters they just stuck on irrespective of how Rupa performed. Due to the negligence of these greedy irresponsible teachers, Rupa faced difficulty and her performance in class was much below the standards.
Till class nine Rupa's parents didn't bother much. Rupa also did not fail and repeat any class again the next year.
But her mother felt that Rupa needed to show better performance at the board level for her to do something constructive in life. Her mother always wanted Rupa to do well in studies. She wanted Rupa to be financially independent on her own earnings not on the inheritance left by her parents.
So when Rupa moved to class ten, her mother let out her shop on lease for a three year period or till she completed her schooling whichever was earlier, so that she could devote more time on Rupa.
While overlooking the studies of Rupa, her mother found that there was much wanting in her performance. She cursed herself for not showing more interest in her earlier. As days passed and the board exams were drawing nearer, Rupa's mother became very much tensed. She was hell bent on Rupa's success. Not being able to control her emotions her mother asked her husband to finally seal all the loopholes so that nothing lay between Rupa and her success. Rupa's father also spent lesser time at his shop.
The tutors employed to ensure Rupa's success were put to severe task by her mother. No laxity would be tolerated she warned.
Rupa on the other hand was feeling intense heat. Tremendous pressure was on her head. Never ever till now she had to remember so many subjects and so many lessons. From mathematics to science to English language. Rupa felt challenged at each step. How could she remember so varied subjects and then reproduce them at the examinations. If she failed what would happen. Her parents who loved her so much would be so much pained if she was not successful. No, no she could not fail. She had to succeed.
Exams over now was the time for results. Again a period of tension began for Rupa and her family. Her mother visited the temple and gave a special Puja offerings so that Rupa sailed through the exams smoothly.
Results were out on the Internet. There was a sudden rush to see the results. Due to intense traffic on the Internet highway the site got jammed and no results could be known. Tensions kept building up as time passed and results remained unknown.
After half a day of blockage when the traffic on the Internet eased a bit then the results could be viewed.
At last the most awaited results were out. Rupa came out successfully passing with a first division. Rupa and her parents were happy beyond description. Just limitless Happiness as if Rupa had conquered the world.
