Once, there were two friends named Manju and Sapna. They were not just friends but best friends forever. They were together for about thirteen to fourteen years. They never lied to each other. One day, Manju and Sapna decided to watch the latest movie, the first-day first show. They both asked their parents. The result was that Sapna's parents allowed her but Manju's parents said a no. She came into her room and started crying. She was in thoughts and was not able to decide to do. She couldn't tell a lie to her best friend. So she didn't reply to Sapna. She remained quiet and did not talk to anybody. Then one day, Sapna asked Manju about their plan for the movie. Sapna wanted Manju to answer but she changed the topic if conversation.

Sapna noticed that but she didn't react to Manju's behaviour. Manju didn't talk to Sapna about the movie. Some days passed away and they forgot about their plan. After two days, Manju had her birthday. Sapna thought to surprise her with an amazing gift. That day she called Manju's parents to surprise her with a birthday party in theatre with the first show of that new movie. Her parents agreed for a surprise. Then she informed all their friends to join them. On her birthday, Sapna didn't wish her. Manju became very angry with her. In the evening, around 7 o'clock, Sapna went to Manju and blindfolded her with a black cloth. She took her to the theatre and opened her eyes. Manju started scolding Sapna for not telling why she had brought Manju there. Sapna smiled at her and told her to get inside the hall. The moment she entered all her friends and parents wished her Happy Birthday in an exciting way. For one minute Manju was shocked. She cried for her parents' and friends' efforts to make her happy on her birthday. She said sorry to Sapna for scolding her. Sapna replied in a very glad mood, that there is no thanks or sorry in a friendship. Manju hugged Sapna very tightly and realised her fault of telling a lie to her.
