Failure Is The Best Teacher

Once there lived a boy named Raj who used to get less marks in his exams. One day, he decided to work hard and score better marks. He was trying to concentrate but could not. One day when he was studying, he saw a baby bird who was trying to fly. It tried five to six times but couldn't fly. But on the seventh attempt it finally was flying around its nest. Raj was surprised after seeing this. He realised that he was studying in a noisy place these days.

So, he went to his mother and told, "Mother, do not disturb me for another one hour. I am studying in my room." Telling this he went to his room and slammed the door and locked. He daily studied for one hour. Soon, he finished all subjects and then started their revisions. During the weekends, he used to study two hours. Finally, he asked his mother to ask him all the questions related to the chapters. He answered all the questions accurately.

Soon after that, his exams started. He was always calm and happy during this time. After the examinations, the teacher was surprised to see Raj's papers. "You have really pulled up your socks Raj!" said the teacher in astonishment. Raj had made his teacher proud after all. A small baby bird had helped Raj in his studies. From that day onwards, Raj became the topper of his class. He was also feeding the bird who was no more a baby. He would sometimes go and talk to the bird.
