An Introvert Fangirl

There is a girl whose name is XYZ. She comes from a very humble family. Her family is financially not strong but they are very happy in whatever they have because they love each other so much. Her mother taught her to be strong hence instead of all the obstacles, she has completed her dream of becoming a Teacher in a local school. She never had any crush or boyfriend as she has always seen her parents quarrelling every day in her childhood. Hence, she was always focused on her studies and work. Apart from that, she was having pimples and acne scars on her face do she always had a fear that nobody will like her. The only thing that gave her happiness was EXO (K-Pop Boyband). Till now she loves EXO so much as their music, their personalities, and their life stories are a source of inspiration for her. The most important thing which EXO taught her is to Love Yourself.

One day, her aunt called her mom that they have found a perfect groom for Miss XYZ and within six months they got engaged. But the problem started after the engagement as the boy started demanding gifts and money, which of course is a form of dowry. He started using abusive words towards her and her family. She used to cry every night without letting anyone know. He started commenting on her look as she was having some pimples and acne scars for which she underwent micro-needling treatment for a year. She started thinking that she is not good enough. Day by day she started feeling low. At some point, she started looking at the ground more than the sky because she thought she was not good enough.

She went under depression and that depression started affecting her work and family also. Soon she gained some courage and told their parents that she doesn't want to marry such a horrible person, she had the courage to break her own heart by herself and luckily her family supported her. She was afraid if this engagement will break then how she will face society but Soon she got rid of that phase of life and left her current job as she thought she doesn't have the courage to face them after her broken engagement. She hid at home for three months but her mom every day tried to encourage her to do a new start. These three months she survived only because of EXO as she spends her time watching their activities.

One day she applied for a job in an international school and she got selected the same day and joined the very next day. She started gaining confidence. Soon she started realizing her worth. Now she knows that broking that engagement was not a loss but a victory as she found herself. She saved some money to visit South Korea to attend EXO's concert and that place felt like heaven as she was finally able to see those people who were giving her love and confidence even if they were far away. All her life she tried to make others happy but now she realizes that the most important person who needs to be Happy is herself. She changed her appearance for herself and now she's more powerful and attractive than she ever was. She made herself and her family proud by becoming independent and strong.

Even if she got betrayal in the past then also she never stopped believing in love. I think the best revenge is to improve yourself, enjoy your life and never change for anyone. That boy tried to get her back by posting several things on social media but now Miss XYZ knows her worth. Even after one year, she has never thought of marriage or any other relationship as she wants to spend time with herself because she was lost somewhere in all those black days.
