A Miniature's Scary Hello

This is one of those days where I again missed the bus for college.

And guess who said hello to me? A miniature.

I missed my bus, waited for 15 minutes for the coming one, the bus came, went inside it, and everything seemed weird. 

Everyone on the bus was looking crazy as if I’m a joker of the circus, and they were watching me.

Luckily, it wasn’t me that they were crazy about. But a rat. Hehe!

Yes, who on the earth has ever imagined that even a rat enters the bus losing its way.

And I spotted that miniature wandering under each of us’ seats. 

Some people are constantly checking, looking down, by opening their laps for that miniature; rat.

(I’m not afraid of such miniatures, because already many lizards have seated on my shoulders, falling down from the ceiling, before.)

On the last row, and the right-end corner of the bus, I took my seat.

I opened the bag, pulled out a book, and continued reading from the bookmark. My right hand is lying on the window-side.

Later, after 10-15 minutes, I felt something heavy on my right hand. 

I looked at it and suddenly stood up with a small jump; a scary face. 

The person sitting beside me immediately yelled:

 “What, are you okay? why are you giving me your book and bag, jumping like an idiot?”

It all happened so silently that even he didn’t realize, it was a rat who walked up to my right hand. 

Damn, I wished I could not have missed the previous bus.
