Work! Work! Work!

Work! Work! Work!

There is so much to do every day,

Ten things tomorrow, hundred things today.

Everyday some or the other work to do,

On top of that, we have loads of homework too!

I try to give my best in everything,

Studies, dance, sports, gymnastics, and singing.

But I can't excel in all,

In some, I just fall.

Work! Work! Work!

I hardly get to eat lunch

Not even anything to munch

It's hard to study for so many tests,

there's hardly any time to rest.

I sleep at 11:00 pm at night,

To wake in the morning is a fight.

Work! Work! Work!

I wish the work in life would just ease down,

So my face could get rid of that ugly frown.

I wish we had to work less,

So my life wouldn't be such a mess.

I wish we could step back,

And just relax.
