The Golden Mean

Today's world have you seen,

No where we apply Aristotle's Golden Mean.

Life isn't possible without this,

The joy of living you will miss.

How to be balanced is what it does teach,

The final goal of life you will reach.

Not too much and Not to less,

Without this concept, life would be a mess.

Dad jokes for everything,

We can never understand whether what he is saying is true or if he is lying.

Mom never shares anything with us,

When we ask her "what's going on" or "how's life " she will always make a fuss.

I wish truth is what they both told,

That would keep everything in control.

Pride is all that Arjun has,

Everyday something new to boast about he has to add.

While poor Sarah is extremely shy,

None of her knowledge she applies.

I hope both of them could just be who they really are,

And that will help them reach so far.

We all have to keep the Golden Mean in mind,

Ourselves we have to remind.

If we follow this concept our life will turn around,

Up in the sky we will fly and not be stuck on the ground.
