Wonder,why?

I see the world around, see the surroundings and scratch my head.

I say, where India stands, we have best of talent, resources and culture.

Still, we have not reached pinnacle of success.

And ask this question,

Wonder, why?

Communalism, poverty, population and corruption.

Who is to be blamed?

Who created this havoc? Who is accountable for this?

We are good at blame game but solution is still  far cry.

And I ask this question again to myself.

Wonder, why?

Indians love children but crime against children is at all time high.

Brotherhood is in our veins but still mob-lynching is at new record high.

Strengths have become weaknesses and

Weaknesses have turned into strength.

Where is it taking us to?

I wonder, why?

It's never too late as intellect say but who would be the saviour.

Who would take adversity head-on and sacrifice his life for the change.

No one is willing to raise his hand; take an initiative.

I wonder,why?
