While It Lasts

The most insane war I ever fought was with my own self;

I struggled to fathom what is mine and what is "only" mine;

In the course of falling and rising, in the pursuit of the unexplored

And unbelievable trajectories of life,

Amidst all the massive chaos in my mundane life, somewhere along the way,

I realized the absolute truth - everything is so temporary,

So volatile yet so permanent in itself;

I began to value life - every piece and every bit of it;

Life made so much sense thereafter.
