We Too Blossom In Camaraderie
We Too Blossom In Camaraderie
It took me sometime
To realize
How brooding overpowers
When one is left alone
And no one is around to share agony
None pulls you up too
From the well of timidity
The other day ...
One of my potted plants in my modest balcony
Hung head down in remorse
I watered, caressed ...
Even spoke a few soothing words
But nothing helped
It continued to be in a miserable state
I thought for a while and brought the pot close to its pals
When placed in the community
It started smiling
Exuding gratefulness
A lesson I learnt from the small plant-
"We too blossom in the company of folks
A sublime track to reach joy and happiness."
