Trueness
Trueness
I wanted to give
You my heart,
But you shooed.
I wanted to own you,
But you gave
Me no chance.
Though the staunch
Breeze of serendipity
Followed your order
And decided not
To bring your fragrance
For my breathing,
I became a tree
To absorb the hatred
Of carbon dioxide
And released oxygen of love,
Hoping one day you would
Breathe it to live
In my realm of trueness.
