On the parchment, here I write,
The story of life in lite,
No matter kyat you scamper, it'll bite,
Scooting, beetling, frolicking; You're a sprite!
Pater ain't weight the inscribed,
Mumsy ain't savvy the bribed,
Bruvver ain't hatched, Pal ain't read prescribed,
Deciphering, Comprehending, Interpreting; What an ascribed!
Publishers wanna bake & sell at liberty,
Readers wanna scroll forward, bitter tea!
Wattpad left me in obscurity, Miss Birdie,
Notability, Celebrity, Publicity; What a puberty!
What does it cost to be a poet?
Heart Wrenching, rending, solacing, condoling,
No readers! No lectors! No grinders!
